RIO NERO

Rio Nero is one of the longest freeride runs of the Vialattea.The starting point is at the top of mount Fraiteve, the heart of the via lattea easily accessible by the lifts. A wide ranging itinerary that goes from splendid open slopes then through the woods and ends up on the main road between Cesana and Oulx. An itinerary that if done in the top moment, is a dream that starts from 2700 meters of Mount Fraiteve and arrives at 1300 meters.

SUNSET EXPERIENCE

The peace of the end of the day from a panoramic point on one of the magnificent peaks that surround us. A small ski mountaineering trip for those who want to treat themselves to a unique emotion wrapped in the colors of the sunset.

Once on top, what better way to enjoy the sunset than to uncork a good bottle of red wine from the area, accompanied by a taste of cheese and cold cuts.

COULOIR EXPERIENCE

If you are an expert skier and like challenging steep runs this experience is for you. We will choose one of the many descents we have in the area. Some of them are accessible by lift and some only by a short hike and in this case usually virgin conditions are guaranteed.

VIALATTEA TOUR

The Vialattea ski area is huge with an enormous amount of pistes for all standards of skiers. To be able to ski most of the resorts in one day there is nothing better than having a local guide who will show you the best way around. You don’t have to worry about getting lost, missing the last lift or where to go for lunch. In one day you will go from Italy to France and back skiing the best slopes.

SUMMIT EXPERIENCE

Mount Rognosa with its 3280 metres is one of the highest peaks of the area. A beautiful mountain not to far from the slopes of Sestriere accessible only with ski touring gear. Its summit offers a 360-degree view that stretches from the Monviso to the Ecrins massifs, passing through mount Chaberton, up to Mont Blanc. The descent offers a long open space run all the way to Borgata where we will stop for lunch and a deserved fresh beer. At the top of the Rognosa, hidden inside a tiny container, at the foot of a small statue, you can find the summit notebook: only your signature is missed.
